General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the Goods/Material (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity/ Value turnover required in any one of the last 3 years
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission
Condition 4:
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Condition 5:
The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in Performa under Section XI.
Condition 6:
Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided

Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : Provide relevant Document : Satisfactory Performance Certificate
Work Done Certificate
2 : Capabilities of Vendor : Provide relevant Document : GST Registration
3 : Financial Status : Provide relevant Document : ITR Filed Copy (Mentioning PAN)
Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
4 : Others : Provide relevant Document : Others -- All terms and condition as per tender document
