Planning, designing, construction, testing & commissioning of Commercial building of RCC framed structure PM ekta mall at Pandri haat campus (Civil work and Electromechanical work) including survey, soil investigation, provision of parking planning and design of required service, preparation architectural & detailed working drawing, structural analysis & design, planning, designing, execution of civil and E&M service including dismantling of existing building, cutting/transplant of trees, environment clearance/environment impact assessment and commencement certificate from location body and commissioning of services etc for civil and E&M work including internal water supply & sanitary installation, internal electrical installation & fan, external civil & electrical service connection, power wiring, telephone conduiting and wiring, lightning conductor system, lift, escalator, addressable intelligent fire alarm system, fire fighting system with wet riser and sprinkler system, pressurized mechanical ventilation including chiller, illuminated signage, lan system, IP based EPABX system, wifi system, CCTV system, facade lighting, facade projection mapping, water supply pump, dewatering pump and panel, online ups, dg set, integration building management system, audio-visual/conference system, auditorium, solar water heater, compound and street light with led, sewage treatment plant, horticulture work, obtaining fire clearance, water connection, electrical connection and lift.
