Tender for engineering, procurement and construction (epc) of interior-exterior works for various academic &, administrative, amenities and utility buildings at the various pilot projects & research & development center, 1) aluminium partitions work,, 2) facades,, 3) cabinets for fcus, 4) service bands for electrical, hvac, cctv, data, dali etc., 5) fixed cupboards, 6) storages (normal storage & compactors etc. in all offices), 7) flooring (wooden wherever applicable),, 8) carpets,, 9) acoustic works,, 10) wall panelling,, 11) false ceiling,, 12) blinds, 13) white boards, 14) tack boards, 15) skylights, 16) glass work (including toughened glass for facade/skylights), 17) aluminium work, 18) fabrication work, 19) workstations, 20) faculty / officer tables, 21) customised conference tables, 22) signages - external including foundation work and internal signages, 23) complete reception arrangements for all buildings, 24) any other fixed furniture/interior items as per requirement.
