This website is owned by Tender Tiger Private Limited (“TTPL”) which provides information about tenders floated by government organisations from across the world. Tender Tiger is the world's first AI-driven Tender platform.
TTPL only act as a third party providing platform for information about tenders floated by various governments and is not particularly interested in the item/s being sold/bought by or on behalf of the seller/buyer.
By using or accessing this website, you agree and acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of use (“Agreement”), you accept it and will be bound by the same.
General terms and conditions
The terms "You" and "User" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this site for any reason. "User Identity Code" means the code(s) allocated to the customer by the Company for the purpose of accessing the service. "Material" means text, graphics, images and any other viewable item or contents of the Service on this website.
All materials on this website is protected by copyright under Indian laws. Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark, and intellectual property or any other laws as may be applicable for the time being in force.
This agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of union of India. Users hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Gujarat, India for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the website.
The user will not Sell, give away, lend, put on public display, store, reproduce, copy in any form redistribute anywhere or to anyone (including branch offices or other divisions of the Customer) or re-use in any computer system any information accessed on the website except with the written consent of the Company. Assignment or transfer in any manner under this agreement or of any of its rights in respect of the service without the written consent of the Company or doing any such act which would infringe copyright of TTPL will attract necessary actions from TTPL.
Definitions
- User – Any person or legal entity who uses the website and/or the related services provided by TTPL is considered as a user.
- Agreement – The terms and conditions, together with any additional terms and conditions specific to a particular online auction event on the website (which can be found through one or more links on the website for the auction in question) constitute the agreement.

Changes
TTPL is continually seeking to improve the site and services offered. TTPL reserves the right, at its own sole discretion, to make changes to any part of the Site.
In respect of any Subscription Services, TTPL will ensure that any changes do not materially decrease or affect the functionality of those services. In respect of non-subscription services, TTPL may change or make additions, deletions or alterations or modifications in any manner to this Agreement as a result of its policy of updating and improving the Site for security, legal or regulatory reasons. TTPL shall notify the users of any such activity.
If after such notification you do not agree or chose to be bound by above changes, you may opt to not use the Site. Such changes will not affect any contract which relates to ongoing Subscription Services which you have with www.eptl.in at the time of the changes.
Disclaimer
TTPL runs its business on and through this as well as several other websites. TTPL is an outsourcing server space from a third party hosting company and hence, shall ensure the smooth running in all good faith and intention. However, TTPL will not be held responsible for any failure of power, network, server, hosting server, internet connectivity, ISP or otherwise at seller’s / bidder's end directly or indirectly affecting online method of bidding.
TTPL takes no responsibility of the quality, quantity, documentation details tenders floated. TTPL shall in no event be liable to defend, indemnify and hold harmless users from any loss, damage, cost and expenses caused by any reason during the transactions on the website. In no event shall TTPL be liable for any loss for the transactors by business, revenues, profit, costs, direct and incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any claim.
User agrees that if has understood in full that TTPL provides a source and platform of supply and has nothing to do especially with regards to quality, warranty, guarantees, delivery schedules, payments, rejections, transportation, legal laws and regulations to be followed from time to time etc. TTPL is only a service provider, and is and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions between the seller/buyer and the bidder.
This site and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, unless otherwise specified in writing.
You expressly agree that your use of this site and or its contents and services are your total responsibility and at your sole risk.
TTPL will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any information, content, materials, products or services included on or otherwise made available through this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Breach of statutes
Irrespective to any other clause mentioned in this terms and conditions, users shall indemnify TTPL against all penalties and liabilities of every kind of breach of any statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations or laws as may be applicable for and in the execution of the services.
Representations and warranties
The Company makes no representations or warranties concerning the accuracy of the information supplied or the delivery or transmission of the service and any conditions, warranties and representations unless detailed on this site. The Service is provided for the User and the Company takes no responsibility of any kind and denies all liability for any damages or loss suffered by any third Parties arising from using TTPL’s service.
Rights
TTPL reserves right to
- alter arrangements for access to the service,
- cease the offering of the service upon notice,
- terminate this agreement and the service to the User
In the event of a breach by the user of the Terms and Conditions, TTPL reserves the right to immediately terminate the User’s access to the Service and claim damages arising from the breach, if any.
TTPL reserves the right to amend any or all of the terms and conditions without notice at any time at its sole discretion and announce the same on the website. Accessing the website and/or using the services shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions including the amendments.
License and ownership
License – Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and until termination thereof, TTPL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license to view, print and reproduce content in this site without alterations, for personal, non-commercial use only.
Ownership – TTPL exclusively owns contents of this site, and such content or any part of the site is strictly prohibited. The use of the materials on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. You shall not copy or adapt the HTML code that the Company creates to generate its pages. It is also protected by the Company's copyright.
This agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect for so long as you are using the services and the website.
