Residence in the Royal Garden - reconstruction of the building.
Reconstruction of the interior of the Residence in the Královské zahrade, which includes, in particular, not only the dismantling of the floors for the installation of underfloor heating, the removal of old plastering, the demolition of surviving tiles and tiles, the dismantling of fittings and unused distribution networks of utility networks. Modernization of utility grids and pool technology is proposed. Decorating arrangements will be made in the kitchen and relaxation facilities, upgrading floor layouts, repainting, new tiling and paving, installation of new fixtures, laying of new steps, new painting of ceilings and walls. Two rooms in the attic in the eastern wing will be newly built. Heat insulation will be done. The ceiling will rise above the east wing floor and will be rebuilt at the original level. There will be 2 dining lifts in the building. New one-storied staircases will be made to the new rooms in the attic.
